Overall I had a memorable 4 months stay. Mary and Min were the main stars to me. Nuri also did a great job! Mary manages to answer every single question I have and also accommodate my requests, like weighing scales for my bags, charger for the remote, insecticide etc. Min does a very good job as well, and she has the excellent ability to read the room. Her services are also top-notch and always leaves me satisfied. In my long stay, I have become quite close to these two, whom I consider my friends now. I don’t have a single complaint. (except maybe I found the stairs in 28 Smith St to be too steep, but that is out of your control anyway) Thanks for everything and keep up the good work. I would like to insert an additional thank you note to Mary and Min for helping me with my bags when checking out from the property. These two woke up much earlier on a weekend to help me with my things. Like I said, top notch service. Love you all. Excellent work to the entire team! P/S I do hope whoever who sees this review does feed it back to Mary, Min and Nuri, seeing as I took the time to write this. They need to know about the good work they do. My suggestion with the post-cleaning review form you send out weekly, consider creating an app where we just register once and click 1 button to give our review as a minimum. Maybe the app can send out a notification to our phones and we just click smiley or no smiley. Extra comments? Yes/No and done. This would be far easier and cut down on email comms and us having to fill out our names etc every single time. You can look into PowerApps to develop a free version, or explore other vendors. I think your response rate will go up, if you are interested. My new room that you gave me in 28 Smith St mid-March could have been a bit cleaner. There were paint marks everywhere and particulate stuff on the floor. (Oh and a cockroach haha, this is understandable though, since we live in Chinatown. Nevertheless it scared me to death) But after the first cleaning was done, it was clean afterwards. My suggestion is although you have a room that’s been cleaned, if it is not inhabited for some time, clean it again before offering it to new occupants. This way you can avoid these problems. I appreciate the free upgrade. Loved the bigger bed. Even when I was in 30 Smith St I loved the room. I needed this to keep sane during CB Perfect but sadly I couldn’t enjoy the street food outside for long. Overall very central location I can’t really comment on this because I personally did not pay for my stay, but judging by the price, you get what you pay for Very fast, very good, except for the two problematic weeks in April, but that was sorted quickly as well.
