Chinatown Studio Apartment (No Windows)

Mary was very helpful. She was always so prompt replying my messages. She wanted to make sure I have comfortable stay in Heritage apt.

Mary was very nice and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and showed me how to operate the washer/dryer and Apple TV when she checked us in. She communicated with us constantly about housekeeping and airport transfer. We would definitely come back and recommend Heritage Apartments. The pillows were too firm for me, but that’s just my preference. The rooms are not massive but there’s ample space for two people in the King rooms. Better wifi than some hotels we’ve stayed at in Singapore.

Its a very cozy place, good location, good service. I just dont like the pillow and ac location. Other than that is perfect The pillow was too hard, aircon blowing to my face

Even though the apartment was perhaps a bit small it upheld high quality. The hosts, Mary and Priscilla were very attentive and quick to respond to my questions.

It was amazing staying for the third week with you guys. The Chinatown place was amazing and Mary was just super helpful all throughout. Priscilla came much later in the night to help me but it was Mary answering all my questions and helping arrange for things like a broom and stuff without fussing at all. I wish I could stay longer at the place but I loved the stay at Heritage, I would highly recommend everyone to stay here and be super comfortable with the amazing service. I would request you get ESPN too though besides Netflix. But thanks for the great stay guys and thank you Mary! Only gripe is the walk up rest was all amazing. Guys come on give members a discount earlier not wait 28 days.

The apartment was very value for money. At first I was a little apprehensive about the no windows part but it did not turn out to be a problem at all. The room was very cosy and had everything I needed for my week long stay – induction cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, pots and pans and so on …. Bascially you name it and they’ve got it! There is also a complimentary laundry corner with washer and dryer. They even give you washing powder free of charge. The location is also superb, in Chinatown, about 5 mins walk away from Chinatown and Telok Ayer station. But my favorite part of the stay has to be the property managers, Desmond and Cherry are wonderful hosts and really took care of me. Wheneve I needed help, all I had to do was to send them a text and next thing I know they are on it. An important thing to note for future guest is that there is no on site reception, so you really have to let them know when you will be coming beforehand. The apartment do send email remainders prior to arrival to remind guest on that. I was guilty of not replying the first 2 emails but fortunately they persisted in contacting me till an arrangement was made. I really appreciate this patience – they had to email 3 times before I finally replied.*blushes* It has been a great experience definitely. I will not hesitate to choose heritage@clarke quay whenever I’m back in town! Many thanks from Mary : )

Shortly after the booking was made, I was contacted by the hotel promptly regarding the check in process . Even though I was arriving at the apartment very late at night – 1am, they made the arrangements for the guest relations manager – Desmond to meet me at the apartment without any additional odd hour check in charges which is exceptional for an establishment with no onsite reception. Through out my stay, Desmond has always been outstanding in providing good customer service. There was once I left my access card in the room while going out for a smoke effectively locking myself out, Desmond promptly came to my rescue even though it was outside of his official working hours. This is some thing that I really appreciated! The apartment itself though compact is well-quipped and centrally located. Everything was brand new and the amenities provided were of good quality. The only gripes I had is probably of the noise occasionally coming from the hostel upstairs which I do understand is outside of the apartment’s control (though to be fair I am a light sleeper who is extremely sensitive to noise). The apartment however was remarkable in doing their best to help me by offering me complimentary ear plugs and even the option to transfer if all else fails. I eventually stayed on as with the ear plugs, the noise was not vey significant. Overall, it was a good experience and I will not hesitate to recommend this cosy apartment!

the tv. wouldn’t return my deposit of $300 within 5 days as promised, total trust broken, now 11 days and still no deposit returned, will have to involve police , also no windows and very noisy from floor above.

Toilet was great. Laundry appliances also good. Concierge Wilson was fantastic and looked after my every need. The dining and sleeping areas should be transposed

My apartment was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed, fast wifi and nice bathroom. I was impressed by how thoughtfully it was stocked with extra amenities such as paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent (for use with the free washers & dryers in the hallway). The best part was the friendly and helpful staff. One of the guest relation managers, Rizelle, was especially kind and gave me a warm welcome to Singapore.

Small but enough for single person ..best part is you can do easy cookings during your stay they provide the toaster &microwave…etc.. and laundry free but at night machines are switched off. they don’t have cable tv only apple tv but very limited programmes.. and most movies are not free to watch ..apple tv system old version not yet updated… the air extractor in room sometimes bring outside smoke smells in room not very extreme..occasionally … the collection of deposit a bit inconvenient if early check out you need to ask them by email or tell the checkin stuff in advance to send people in early morning … hope they can figure out some easy ways to return the deposit …

The facilities were good. Big bed, good kitchen equipments. The location is excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. Michelle checked us in. She explained everything to us thoroughly. Nuri cleaned the apartment well. She is a good housekeeper. Mar checked us out. She was prompt and professional. All three staff members have done their jobs to our satisfaction. We received our S$300 deposit quickly. The front door handle needed fixing when we arrived. It came off when we pulled the door close. The front door failed to lock on our last night. It needed repair.

The staff was great and Cherry is very helpful , best location in town easy access to everywhere.

Bed. Nothing

Michelle, my host manager was incredibly nice, helpful and responsive to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room is a good size and has good amenities. Location is unbeatable. I had a bit of trouble checking in out of hours, the key safe box couldn’t open. Cherry (manager) immediately came in person despite it being after midnight to check me in, great service. I highly recommend this place.

Booked for 2 adults and a child of 10 sharing bed with parents, but when checked in, they put a $45/night charge ($315 for our 7 nights) on us for extra person regardless the booking confirmation. Straight away get our legal team and Agoda involved in day 1. At day 4, the hotel still insisted on the charges, despite the effort of Agoda team and their confirmation on the reimbursement. It’s already spoiled our trip. Finally, at check-out, the hotel confirmed they wouldn’t charge my child. It was a win for us and Agoda but an awful experience for us. This hotel was “ugly” in our mind not just that, but by their saying in one way, carried out another. We booked for their Chinatown Studio King, but 2 days before our departure, they moved us to Cecil promising a free upgrade from 170SQF room to 300SQF room to compensate the distances. The fact was not that. We was checked into the same room size, only the distance to office was now difference! Not just that yet, at check-in on Wednesday, they said there would be a complementary housekeeping on Saturday or Sunday. But at check-out they said to compensate, again, for the fact that there was no complementary housekeeping, they offered us a discount for our next stay. Who else would like to stay here again, we would not. And finally, beware that they will charge (yes, completely charged, not withhold) your deposit of $300 for 21 working days, approx. a month, regardless you made it by cash, or credit card. Why was that long, could only be one reason, they utilized our deposits as they cash liquidity for their business. And when we received it back, it was not in full. Read how many reviews people made on this deposit matter on Booking.com, because it was way out of business normal. The most humiliating thing was that we hadn’t even checked-out but they kept chasing us with their review, asking us to rate them 10. We all agreed to rate it 1 star for “Value for money”.

Los estudios son pequeños, pero muy cómodos, limpios y el personal es atencioso, la guest manager Michelle se preocupa mucho con el bien estar de sus huéspedes. Tiene las comodidades necesarias para que te haga sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. La ubicación es excelente, hay un montón de restaurantes, un 7eleven en la.misma calle y el metro está a 5 minutos caminando perfecto si vas a Singapur en negocios. El espacio y la distribución del estudio era un poco pequeño.
