My 2nd time staying here. Loved the location, between Bugis and Raffles, near to City Hall MRT. Food easily available within walking distance. Perfect Reasonable in the city area Very dtable and strong

What can I say … When I first came to see the condition of the room of the Heritage appartment, Ms.Zam it helped me to simplify the process. Then there was Ms.Ray who accompanied me at that time. Ray is someone who is so warm and kind in communicating with consumers as well as being so detailed in explaining everything related to this appartement. Everything is complete in here. I can say this residence is more than just a place to sleep but comfort, completeness, as well as the services obtained are very satisfying. Ray did not release Us in the slightest from complaints. The way she works we see besides placing her professionalism but she really places her position not as a worker of this company but rather places herself as a consumer in this appartment while trying to do her best to overcome complaints from her customers. One thing that was very touching was that even Ray gave Us a little attention by giving a complimentary fruit with a lovely greeting card. Wow … residential with a very human service level of service. Thank you very much for Ray and Zam, who made Us feel comfortable as at home. We hope that services like this can continue to be maintained and improved in the future. Thank you Mohamad Ali and Family

Zam from the reservation desk has been following up very closely throughout my entire booking process in view of my renovation schedule being constantly changing. She even went the extra mile to help me secure a room by working around other guests’ bookings. I am very satisfied with her good work. Both Ray and Priscilla have been very responsive and helpful whenever I needed help with the logistic in the apartment. I am very satisfied with their good hospitality and great work.

Amazing hospitality by Ray, all our queries were answered and resolved VERY quickly. The only downside are wifi speeds in the evening, most of the time videos from Netflix were buffering.

Generally, the hotel provides all necessities which is important to business travellers. The service of complementary airport to hotel transfer and the meet & greet upon check-in was really good. Hotel may consider to upgrade/change towel sets, those in my apartment were rather used and looked yellowish. Staff are really friendly. Those I was in touch with… Megan, Ray and Jarwin were thoughtful and helpful. One of the trash bins was not emptied when I checked in. Human hair (substantial amount) and dust found on counter top by the fridge. That was rather a bad impression unfortunately. Ants trail found on wall by the study desk on loft level. Short walk to MRT Station and good number of restaurants nearby. Wifi connection was good for the first 4-5 days of my stay, however, wifi signal was dropped in the last two days (26, 27 April). Netflix on loft level wasn’t even connected due to “no internet connection”.

The call number of the relationship manager was not fixed. In addition, when I called, I had to call three different numbers to get someone’s answer, go two for two. Dishes and cups not washed when we checked in. An underware of previous guest was in landry machine.

Apartment could do with some improvements, but overall great value for money. Communications excellent from initial booking to end of stay. I’ll be back. Best wishes.

Nothing to complain. Location is good, just 5min walk to City Hall MRT which is within the mall, very clean unit. Ray did a good job, very helpful, informative & responsive. Very clean. Stayed for 5 nights and the cleaner came during the weekend to help clear the unit. Space enough for me and very quiet when you are within the unit. Within walking distance to City Hall MRT, Raffles City as well Bugis Junction, nothing you could ask for more. There are 2 chicken rice shop on the same row and a tapas cafe just downstairs. Reasonable consider being in the central area. Very strong. The handyphone free to use was a great advantage.

when i extend my stay here i realize it is a very correct decision, thanks Ray for helping me during the stay and response to questions very quick. as conclusion, an perfect experience during here！

Attentive customer services team. I would give thumbs up for Ray and Zam who have been so far promptly responding to some concerns before arrival and during my stay here. Tuti the housekeeper has also done her job well in attending the unit. Just would like to know exactly before any person in charge come into the place I am staying, so Things can be more easily manageable.

Everything is good! Good location and the room is comfortable!

Lovely hotel and great location. There was just a little bit of a downfall when our room was different from the confirmation email we received which resulted us trying to open up the wrong door. I then called Ray who was happy to help and took us to the right room. There was also a weird smell every time we would open the door to our apartment. We tried to open the windows but the smell was still there. Other than that the hotel was very clean and comfy beds. The location was great when catching buses and the restaurants downstairs were fairly nice. Only 2 pillows when we got there but I know they are more than happy to organise more when you ask.

Would definitely recommend to anyone. Beautiful place, spacious. Fantastic location Subway, bus stop which goes to everywhere in Singapore. Close by shops, mall and anything you need. Just great and contact person response was immediately. And thank u RAY thank u for everythınk.. u r great host !!

The bath water in 201 can not keep warm for me to take the whole shower. But overall is good.

Ray was super helpful during my stage at the City Heritage Apartments, very responsive to my questions. Rooms were clean and tidy.

It’s like home away from home. Nice and peaceful. You can cook and do your laundry as well.

Love the location of the hotel. Convenient, near good food and drinks but yet quaint and peaceful in some sense. Ray tried her very best to accommodate to our requests. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in sg. Air conditioning probably needs an update

Comfortable apartment and careful service.

I am mostly satisfied with the services and stay at The Post, Heritage Apt. The studio is sufficient for one person, facilities in the room and building are also good. The downside for me is that despite having a corporate tie up with 30 days payment terms my booking was not confirmed till full payment was made in advance. The reservations team has to know and adhere to agreed t&cs with the related company. I think there is room for improvement in the weekly cleaning.

I alaways enjoy coming back to heritage, when service is good, I particularly enjoy the taxi service to airport, would be even better if I can get 2 trips ( when I arrive and when I leave) I also enjoy to get Netflix I would change the mattress Close to MRT as a regular, I would appreciate an addtional discount

Had a wonderful stay. Great location, apartment was clean, secure, and well-furnished. Our host, Ray, was amazing – she went above and beyond to help us whenever we had issues. We will highly recommend Heritage Apartments to any friends and family traveling to Singapore.

The place at Seat St was so nice. Not to far from groceries and not difficult to find halal food around there. The guest manager, Ray, was very kind and helpful. She always try to solve our complain, and always respond kindly. All of stuff is clean, especially the bathroom The building has lift so its make my sister more easy to reach the room in 4th floor Easy to find groceries, halal food and not to far from tourist place (raflles landing site, merlion, haji lane, etc) Affordable looking for the location, facilities and cleaness High speed! I like it..!

The central convenient location was excellent. When we arrived at the appartment we rang the management and waited outside in the street for about 1.5 hours for management to come. We were told that our booking had been cancelled because our credit card had been declined. We sorted this out but had to stay at 6 Purvis Street Singapore Room 205 instead. This apartment was located in the next street up from Seah Street. We also had to pay more (about $400 extra). Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up with sore backs. The spring mattress was way past it’s use by date and was very saggy. I have photos.The kitchen lacked a sink. Dishes had to be washed in the tiny bathroom basin. Overall cramped facilities.There was a lot of outside noise from the street.Cleanliness and proximity to MTRs and central location were the only positives.

It was compact space yet efficiently organised. Resident manager, Desmond was friendly, and available whenever I needed assistance.

Good both myself and my wife were very pleased with the hotel facilities mainly with Sam and his staff who promptly assisted us in the time we needed. In our view deserve a grade 10 and when we return to Singapore will be our choice of lodging.

Excellent location and great customer service. The apartment we originally booked was not ready in time and we were upgraded to a different studio nearby. Our host Desmond was very friendly and accomodating, it was extremely easy to contact him, he was able to answer all of our questions and assisted with checking in and out. We will definately be coming back ! Everything was great

Well appointed, comfortable apartment in a central position. Excellent communication and service. I was greeted at the apartment by Desmond and throughout my stay he was attentive and quick to respond to any queries. Thanks! Having commended the staff and communications, I did have some problems speaking to anyone when I arrived at the airport. All was fine when I did finally get in contact, but I feel this initial contact could be improved. I might just have been unlucky.

only the location. – noisy pipes at night with constant water sound- washing machine was inconsistent and did not work on some days- would be extremely for people who are tall and large in size.
