I’ve stayed at Heritage Apartments on 5 different occasions in the past 4 months (I travel to Singapore regularly for work). It’s the only place I’ll stay because I know that I’ll have great customer service (every guest relations manager that I’ve met has been exceptional), great in-room facilities (fully stocked kitchenette, reliable wifi, HandyPhone, AppleTV, modern and clean furnishings) and a great booking experience (easy direct bookings, safe and easy payment, airport transfer, express check-out). I’ve stayed at 4 different Heritage locations and all have been in close proximity to MRT stations, supermarkets, shopping malls, cafes/bars/restaurants. On my most recent visit, I met Priscilla for the first time. She wasn’t working on the day that I checked in so she contacted me personally the next day to arrange a time to meet with me and introduce herself. She’s lovely! Courteous, friendly and she offered to help in any way that she could. She even left a little treat for me after housekeeping day. Very kind! I’ve had Mary as my guest relations manager on several occasions and she’s always been efficient, courteous and available to help. On my most recent visit, she even personally delivered some items across town to me, which I’d accidentally left in my apartment after checking out. That’s great service! I’d also like to make special mention of Megan, who I’ve corresponded with by email during the booking process on my last few trips. She has been absolutely outstanding. Although I’ve never met her in person, I feel like she’s becoming an old friend! I always have a lot of questions during the booking process and she invariably responds to my queries promptly, politely and with great detail. This is very much appreciated. The bathroom floor at Tras St had a puddle in it when I arrived. The shower floor at Boon Tat St was scattered with hairs.
